Model Management Agreement

This Model Management Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions between Elite Portfolio Management ("Agent") and [Model's Name] ("Model").

1. Scope of Representation
The Agent represents the Model on a non-exclusive basis for opportunities across modeling, acting, and extras.
The Model allows the Agent to represent and promote their services to potential clients and feature them as talent on the Agent's website and social media platforms.

2. Term of Agreement
This Agreement begins on the date of acceptance and continues for one year, renewable annually unless terminated by either party in accordance with Section 7.

3. Services Provided
‍The Agent provides the following services:
a. Creation and maintenance of the Model’s online portfolio.
b. Representation in negotiations and bookings for assignments.
c. Promotion through industry contacts and partnerships with casting platforms.
d. Feature the Model as talent on the Agent’s website and social media channels.

4. Commissions and Fees
The Agent receives a commission of 20% of all fees received by the Model for assignments secured by the Agent, excluding travel expenses.
The Model agrees to a registration management fee, details of which will be provided separately.

5. Payment Terms
Payments for assignments will be processed and distributed by the Agent within 30 days of receipt from the client.
The Agent will provide the Model with a statement detailing the commission and any other deductions.

6. Obligations of the Model
The Model agrees to:
a. Attend all assignments punctually and professionally.
b. Provide recent photographs and other materials needed for the portfolio.
c. Inform the Agent of any other engagements that might conflict with assignments secured by the Agent.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. If the Model terminates the Agreement, the registration management fee is non-refundable. 7.2 The Agent may terminate this Agreement if the Model breaches any terms or engages in conduct damaging to the Agent’s reputation.

8. Non-Exclusivity
This is a non-exclusive agreement, meaning the Model is free to sign with other agencies or management firms while being represented by the Agent.

9. Confidentiality
‍Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the term of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with the Agent and utilizing its services, the Model acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
